PTC Web Desk: Controversial Canadian rapper Shubh, in a recent Instagram post, has addressed the viral hoodie controversy that emerged from one of his recent concerts. Shubh had faced controversy after he appeared on stage wearing a hoodie that appeared to glorify the assassins of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi during a concert in London.

This drew criticism from actor Kangana Ranaut, who is set to portray Indira Gandhi in the upcoming film 'Emergency.' Kangana expressed her disapproval of celebrating the killing of an elderly woman by individuals entrusted with her protection, emphasising that such actions should not be glorified.

Taking to his Instagram stories on Tuesday night, Shubh urged his followers to refrain from spreading hatred and negativity. He explained that during his live performance, audience members threw various items at him, including clothing and jewellery. However, he emphasised that he couldn't discern the contents or messages on these thrown objects.

"No matter what I do, some people will find something to criticise. During my first show in London, the audience threw a lot of clothes, jewellery, and phones at me. I was there to perform, not to inspect what was thrown at me and what it contained. My team has put in a lot of effort over the past few months to entertain you all. STOP SPREADING HATE AND NEGATIVITY," Shubh conveyed in his Instagram post.

Shubh had previously been embroiled in a controversy regarding an alleged distorted map of India.
