Amitabh Bachchan: Reports suggest that Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary actor, intends to divide his massive Rs 3190 crore property equally between his two children, son Abhishek, aged 43, and daughter Shweta, aged 45. The actor, often referred to as Big B, possesses a net worth exceeding $400 million, as per 'The Richest'. His real estate portfolio includes three bungalows in the Juhu area.
Recent news surrounding Amitabh Bachchan's property has been the talk of social media. At a recent event, the superstar disclosed his decision to equally distribute his assets, valued at Rs 2800 crore, between his children Abhishek and Shweta.
This declaration follows the earlier buzz on social media about the transfer of the Juhu-based bungalow "Prateeksha" to Shweta. Documents obtained from property registration data aggregator Zapkey.com confirm the transfer of ownership of this bungalow, valued at Rs 50.63 crore, through two distinct gift deeds, formally signed on November 8.
The bungalow, located in Vitthal Nagar Cooperative Housing Society, spans across two plots, measuring 674 square meters and 890.47 square meters, representing the actor's initial property investment in Mumbai. Notably, the Bachchans possess three bungalows in Juhu.
Amitabh Bachchan has expressed immense love and affection for his daughter publicly. On Shweta's 45th birthday, he shared nostalgic pictures, praising her growth. Similarly, on the actor's 81st birthday, Shweta posted heartfelt images of them together on Instagram, acknowledging her father's influence in her life.
