Alia Bhatt becomes first Indian global ambassador for Gucci

Alia Bhatt all set to take over the fashion world

The ‘Raazi’ actress bagged an incredible deal with the Italian luxury fashion house Gucci. Gucci has tapped Alia Bhatt as its first Indian global brand ambassador.

The Italian luxury house Gucci announced Alia as their first Indian Global Ambassador. Post her successful Met Gala debut, Alia has now become the global face of the luxury brand. . She’d be starting her fashion ambassador journey with the much-awaited Gucci Cruise 2024 runway show in Seoul. The show will be taking place on May 15th and we can’t wait to see Alia’s Gucci look

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt also took to her Instagram handle to post about her debut as the brand’s newest face at the upcoming Cruise 2024 show and wrote, “I’m honored to represent the house of Gucci not only in India but at a global stage. Gucci’s legacy has always inspired and intrigued me and I’m looking forward to the many sartorial milestones we create together♥️ @gucci”

Soon after the news was shared on social media, her fans were seen showering love on her. One of the fans wrote, "OMG alia bhatt is Gucci first indian global ambassador. Congratulations girl." Another fan wrote, "Just slay. Queen Of Industry." Others were seen dropping red heart and fire emojis. 

Alia Bhatt’s debut in Met Gala 2023

Bollywood star Alia Bhatt made her debut at the Met Gala on Monday (1 May) along with designer Prabal Gurung. The new mother of one perfectly delivered on the theme in a pure white princess gown that had a long train, with every inch of its bodice drenched in pearls.

Alia shared photos from her Met Gala debut on social media and a part of her caption read, “A girl can never have too many pearls… and the right accessories to complement the look which in our case translated to the bow of pearls on my hair. Oh, and it’s white, for my Choup-ED.”

Alia Bhatt on work front 

On the professional front, Alia will achieve a new feat this year. She is all set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. Apart from this, she will rekindle her on-screen romance with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's directorial 'Rocky Aur Rani ki Prem Kahani.'
