Dr. Jaspal Singh becomes member of National Commission For Minority Educational Institutions
Dr Jaspal Singh former Vice Chancellor of Punjabi University, Patiala has become a member of the National Commission For Minority Educational Institutions, as per official information.
The task of the National Minority Education Commission is to protect the education of minorities and give them equal status in educational institutes.
A former Indian diplomat, Dr Jaspal Singh occupied the coveted position of Vice-Chancellor of Punjabi University, Patiala, on December 11, 2007. Jaspal Singh had joined Punjabi University on December 11, 2007 and his term was later extended in 2010 till December 11, 2013.
