When you are the general manager at a five star hotel, do u care about the daily lives of your door men, your staff or anybody other than perform your duties? Well people usually don't, but this man, Sikh himself- will win your heart too (like ours) after you watch this beautiful and heart touching video for his 'three Sikh Gentlemen'. They will not hesitate to go beyond the call of the duty to help you, they will wear a smile at 8 AM and at 2 AM too. You walk in for the first time or the 100th time; they will always wear a smile, happiness and warmth on the sleeves. Folding hands they'll bow down their heads just enough to show respect and fill they chest with love to welcome you like it's YOUR Home! Their smiles will challenge you to smile back, to turn back once you enter the hotel and smile too. This is the story of three door men who make the city and people across the world smile automatically. 'I really wanted to understand what really motives them (the door men at J W Marriott Chd) to do this job every single day with a smile on their face,' Dilpreet Singh Bindra said. So he visits their home to express gratitude to the families. Dilpreet Singh Bindra explores the lives of the "stars" of his team. Gurjant Singh, Harpreet Singh and Jaspreet Singh Bajwa, for 11 years have smiled, welcomed and spread positive vibes as the true heroes of the hotel. 'If you walking into J W Marriott Chandigarh, you can not miss these three Sikh gentlemen always standing at the door welcoming you with a big heart, a smile on the face and a Sat Sri Akal,' Dilpreet Singh Bindra said. Well just to mention enough, Dilpreet Singh Bindra is 'THE MAN' who drove from Delhi to London in 55 days and has ALSO gone from Delhi-Bangkok! He was working at Taj Hotel in Mumbai when the 9/11 attacks happened. To foster harmony between the various Taj hotels located in different parts of India, he drove So I to all the 60 Taj hotels, covering 42 locations across the country in 33 days. He after completing the journey presented a poster to the President of the Taj group, signed by the general managers of each and every Taj hotel in India, saying, 'We Stand Together'.
