Delhi Capitals fast bowler Anrich Nortje tests positive for coronavirus
IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals' fast Anrich Nortje, one of the most successful bowlers in the Indian Premier League (IPL), has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Recently, Anrich Nortje flew to India from South Africa after a bilateral series against Pakistan. He was serving quarantine. Meanwhile, Kagiso Rabada had also returned from South Africa along with Nortje. It revealed that he came in with a negative report, however, he, unfortunately, tested positive while undergoing quarantine. Anrich Nortje is the second Delhi Capitals player to have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Earlier, Axar Patel had tested positive for COVID-19.
