Chandigarh COVID-19: Total 13743 cases ; Active cases reach 810
The total number of coronavirus cases in Chandigarh have increased to 13,743 after 57 new cases of COVID-19 were reported.

Amongst the new cases, 32 are male cases and 25 are female cases.
According to the media bulletin issued by the Chandigarh Health Department, Active cases in Chandigarh have spiked to 810 cases.
A 70 year old male R/o Manimajra, died at PGIMER on 19-10-2020 at 10:15 pm. He was a case of severe head injury caused by self inflicted gun shot. He was sampled on admission and was found COVID-19 positive.

A total of 107 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic as per MoHFW guidelines.
