Centre-Farmers meeting: The 10th round of meeting between the farmers and the Union government on agriculture laws is going to be held today at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi. The eyes of the entire country are fixed on this meeting regarding the farmers' laws. Simultaneously, a meeting between the Delhi police and farmers of the three states for the final decision of Tractor March on Republic Day, January 26 will also take place today. The Supreme court, on the other hand, is scheduled to hear petitions relating to the Kisan Tractor Parade, agricultural laws and farmers' demonstrations at the Delhi border, as the apex court had issued notices to the farmers on the occasion of the tractor march. On the one hand, the farmers are adamant about repealing the three agricultural laws and on the other hand, new proposals are being sent by the government. Farmers say they will not end the agitation until the government withdraws the three agricultural laws. The 9th round of talks between the farmers and the Centre was held on January 15 but it ended in a deadlock. During the meeting, the farmers' leaders and the government stood firm on their stand. The farmers' agitation for repeal of three agriculture laws introduced by the Union government has entered its 56th day today. -PTC News
