Kangana vs Shiv Sena: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's lawyer on Wednesday filed a plea in the Bombay High Court against the demolition by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) at her office in Mumbai. Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court said, "BMC operation is illegal". Bombay High Court admitted the plea of Kangana Ranaut against the demolition of her office at Mumbai. It ordered a stay on the drive till 3 pm tomorrow when the court will next hear the matter. Earlier in the day, Kangana Ranaut clarified that there was no illegal construction at her property. She said in a tweet: "There is no illegal construction in my house, also the government has banned any demolitions in COVID till September 30, Bollywood watch now this is what Fascism looks like." The 33-year-old actress has alleged that she was being targeted because of her fight with the Maharashtra government and Shiv Sena. Kangana Ranaut was in her native state Himachal Pradesh for the past few months and left for Mumbai this morning. To this, Ranaut's lawyer said that no work is being carried out by her in the premises "as falsely understood by you, so the notice issued by you as 'Stop Work Notice' is absolutely bad-in-law and appears to have been issued only to intimidate her by misusing your dominant position". -PTC News
