BJP MP Gautam Gambhir writes to Delhi Police; claims threat to his and family's life
BJP MP Gautam Gambhir on Friday wrote a letter to Delhi Police claiming that he has been receiving death threats from an international number. He has requested the police to ensure his and his family's safety and security. East Delhi MP asked the police to file an FIR in the matter. In a letter to the DCP Shahdara District, Gautam Gambhir claimed that he received a phone call two days ago from an international number. The caller has threatened him and his family. Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir requested the police to register FIR and provide security to him and his family. It is pertinent to mention that BJP MP Gautam Gambhir is in support of Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and has been posting the same content on social media.
