Beas: Clash erupts between Dera Beas members, Nihangs over grazing cows
Beas, September 4: Clash erupted between the followers of Dera Radha Swami and the Nihang Singhs at Beas on Sunday evening, left six injured.
According to police, no death has been reported in the firing so far and the situation is under control. Speaking to ANI, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Amritsar (Rural) Swapan Sharma said "Dera Beas and Nihangs' disagreement was so heated that there were at least six rounds of firing in the air. Five to six persons were injured in the clash. However, no death has been reported so far."

So far, no causality has been reported. Meanwhile, there is also news that a police officer was injured.
However, the bloody clash between the followers of Dera Radhaswami and the Nihang Singhs left many were injured.
Civil surgeon Dr. Charanjit Singh said that the injured have been admitted to Civil Hospital Baba Bakala Sahib, Civil Hospital Amritsar and Guru Nanak Hospital Amritsar for treatment.
Responding on the clash, Shiromani Akali Dal Sukhbir Singh Badal tweeted, “The violence that engulfed Beas is extremely disturbing. Repeated clashes & breakdown of law & order are pushing the State towards anarchy.I urge @BhagwantMann to imm come to grips with the situation. I also appeal to Pbis to maintain peace & comm harmony at this crucial juncture.”
