Army Man Kidnapped By Terrorists From Home In Jammu And Kashmir's Budgam
Some unidentified gunmen kidnapped an army man on Friday from his home in Qazipora Chadoora in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. He belonged to Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JAKLI). He has been identified as Mohammad Yasin Bhat. The police has launched a search operation to trace the soldier. He was kidnapped while he was on leave.

According to media reports, he was at his home when some unidentified gunman kidnapped him. After receiving the information about his abduction, a joint search operation of police and army was launched. Yashin Bhat has been on leave from February 28 to March 30.

In June 2018, an army soldier Aurangzeb off 44 Rashtriya Rifles was kidnapped by militants. He was posted in Shopian district in Kashmir. After a few days, his bullet-ridden body was found some kilometres away from his place of posting.
