All four Indians accused of Nijjar's killing granted bail by Canada court

The next hearing in the matter has been scheduled for Febraury 11 as the case has been moved to the British Columbia Supreme Court.

PTC News Desk: All the four Indian nationals accused of Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar's murder have been granted bail by a Canada court. The four accused Indian citizens - Karan Brar, Amandeep Singh, Kamalpreet Singh, and Karanpreet Singh - were charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.


The next hearing in the matter has been scheduled for February 11 as the case has been moved to the British Columbia Supreme Court. 


Hardeep Singh Nijjar, 45, was killed outside Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia on June 18, 2023 with Canada holding New Delhi responsible for the killing. The allegations triggered a sharp criticism from Indian Government with diplomatic ties reaching new low.
