PTC Web Desk: In a shocking incident this week, bikers and pedestrians in Nanning, China, found themselves in a literal "sh*t show" when a sewage pipe exploded, sending a fountain of human excreta shooting 33 feet into the air. The grotesque eruption rained down on unsuspecting commuters, leaving cars and trucks splattered with waste on a busy southern Chinese road.

Footage shared widely on social media captured the moment the human waste fountain erupted, covering the windshields of vehicles and dousing pedestrians from head to toe. A particularly viral dashcam video showed one car’s windscreen completely coated in excrement, forcing motorists and pedestrians to navigate the stinky scene afterward.

The disturbing event occurred while construction workers were conducting a pressure test on a newly installed sewage pipe, according to reports from The Mirror. While several vehicles suffered damage due to the explosion, fortunately, no injuries were reported. In the aftermath, municipal authorities launched a significant clean-up effort. However, they refuted claims that the rupture was caused by accidental damage during construction.

Local drivers expressed their frustration, with one stating, "My car is stained yellow and it smells. I can't continue using it." Another irate driver lamented, "I am drenched in poo."

Social media erupted with humur as users shared memes and witty comments about the incident. One user quipped, "Caught in a sh**ty situation," while another remarked, "I can only imagine the chaos and the clean-up that will follow."
