Goa co-working space: Goa is set to introduce India's pioneering floating co-working space, the Flowork-Alpha, designed to accommodate Web3 developers, innovators, and technical support startups. Operated by W3BONTHESEA-Oceancrest Pvt Ltd, this offshore vessel aims to position Goa as a prime hub for the tech industry. Equipped with meeting rooms, recreational spaces, 5G-enabled workstations, and accommodations, the project reflects Goa's strategy to emerge as India's creative nucleus and enhance opportunities for its youth and professionals.


Recently, Goa unveiled a unique initiative blending technology with tourism, introducing an offshore vessel transforming into a co-working space. Rohan Khaunte, the Tourism and IT minister, initiated the vessel's development by revealing its keel plate, emphasizing the backing from the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communication.

This renovated barge will feature meeting rooms, recreational zones, and 5G-connected workstations, currently undergoing interior design enhancements under the supervision of the captain of ports.

Catering specifically to Web3 developers involved in blockchain, artificial intelligence, token-based economies, as well as innovators and technical support startups, this project signifies a milestone in Goa's tech landscape.
