‘Animal’ Day 1 box office: ‘Animal’ on its first day of release received an overwhelmingly positive response. Audiences are effusive in their praise, deeming the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film a 'blockbuster'.

Fans praised the storyline, father-son bond and acting skills of Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna. Impressed with acting skills of Ranbir Kapoor, several fans stated him as a “superstar” and “Jaanwar”


Several fans declared the movie 'Animal' a "mega blockbuster while mentioned the movie as “an adult-rated Khushi Kabhi Kabhie Gham."


‘Animal’ crosses Rs 50 cr in Hindi on 1st day 

A gripping tale of revenge and darkness grossed over Rs 50 crores on its first day in Hindi version. As the film is making wonders and is going superhit, it is being expected that ‘Animal’ will join the elite club of highest grossing film with only Jawan and Pathaan. 

If we focus about Tamil and Telugu versions of ‘Animal’, then film is also doing excellent in other versions. . As of 7 p.m., the three national chains – PVR, Inox and Cinepolis - had collected Rs 22.60 crore (including Tamil and Telugu) and had already outperformed other big openers like Tiger 3 and KGF 2.

 

'ANIMAL'

'Animal' hit screens worldwide on December 1, 2023. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie stars Ranbir Kapoor as Arjun, a ruthless and ambitious gangster willing to go to any extent to achieve his objectives. The narrative delves into the tumultuous father-son relationship against the backdrop of organised crime.

The storyline navigates the realm of organised criminal activities, showcasing themes of loyalty, betrayal, and power struggles. Arjun, rising within the underworld, aspires to establish his dominance. However, his ambitions are challenged by a formidable rival, portrayed by Bobby Deol, determined to protect his territory. The film also features Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles.


'Animal,' co-written, edited, and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for Kabir Singh, also stars Tripti Dimri. The film holds an 'A' certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and has a runtime of 3 hours and 35 minutes.
