PTC News Desk: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the UPSC Mains Admit Card 2024 on September 13, 2024. Candidates who are set to take the Civil Services Main Examination 2024 can now download their admit cards from the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download from September 13 until September 29, 2024.
UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2024 Schedule:
The Civil Services Main Examination is scheduled to take place on September 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29, 2024. The exam will be conducted in two sessions:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Exam Structure:
The UPSC Civil Services Main Examination comprises a Written Examination and an Interview/Personality Test. The Written Exam includes nine papers in total, two of which are qualifying in nature. This examination plays a critical role in selecting candidates for various prestigious services and posts under the Government of India.
