Dr Surjit Patar cremated with full state honours | Watch

PTC News Desk: The mortal remans of renowned Punjabi poet and Padma Shri Surjit Patar (80) were consigned to flames with full state honours at Model Town Extension Cremation Ground, Ludhiana, on Monday. 

Dr Surjeet Patar died in his sleep on Saturday, May 11. A large number of people attend the last rites of the renowned poet.  He is survived by his wife Bhupinder Kaur and two sons, Ankur Singh Patar and Manraj Singh Patar.
