Oil India Limited announces recruitment for public health assistants; application details below

PTC News Desk: Oil India Limited has announced an opening for the position of Public Health Assistant. Prospective candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply by visiting the official Oil India website at oil-india.com. The application period is open until September 3.

According to the official notification, the position will be offered on a purely contractual basis. The initial contract will be for a duration of six months. However, there is a possibility of extension for an additional six-month period, subject to departmental needs, job performance, conduct, and physical fitness. The total duration of the contractual engagement may extend up to a maximum of 24 months.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: Completion of 10 2 in the Science stream from a government-recognized institute or board.

Computer Skills: A diploma or certificate in Computer Applications with a minimum duration of six months. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related software is essential.

Work Experience: At least one year of relevant post-qualification work experience in a State or Central Government office or a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) is required.

Age Limit

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years as of the date of registration.

Payment

Candidates will be provided with a fixed monthly emolument of Rs 16,640, contingent on attendance, including any paid leave and holidays. Additionally, a variable emolument of Rs 640 per day will be awarded for each working day.

Selected candidates are required to join immediately. The management may grant an extension of up to 15 days from the specified date if necessary. However, if the candidate fails to join within the given timeline, their selection will be considered null and void.
