Ludhiana, November 1: As Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann called for a debate 'Main Punjab Bolda Haan' at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU),  Ludhiana, a robust police presence was witnessed at the university's entrance. In response, several people and unions gathered to register their protests against the AAP-led Punjab Government.

Harish Rai Dhanda leads SAD protest: Harish Rai Dhanda, representing the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), vociferously expressed his dissent against the Punjab Government's decision to deny him entry into the university. His slogans resonated with fellow protesters.

Jai Parkash Jain also denied entry: Jai Parkash Jain shared a similar experience as he, too, was not granted access to the university grounds.

Social activist Satish Thaman, who is a prominent figure, also faced entry restrictions, adding to the growing tensions outside the university.

Overaged Berozgar Union stopped: The police also stopped members of the Overaged Berozgar Union from entering the university, intensifying the atmosphere of protest.

Main Punjabi Manch's demonstration: The Main Punjabi Manch, led by former DSP Balwinder Singh Sekhon, orchestrated a demonstration outside the university, amplifying the dissent against the government.

Unemployed teachers, PTI Union protests: BEd and TET-qualified yet unemployed teachers, alongside the Unemployed PTI Teachers Union, raised their voices in protest against the government's actions.

The scene outside Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) in Ludhiana reflected the widespread discontent and frustration among various sections of the community, as the debate, 'Main Punjab Bolda Haan' initiated by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took the centre stage.
