British Deputy High Commissioner visits Manoj Kumar Boxing Academy in Kurukshetra, highlights sports diplomacy
PTC News Desk: Caroline Rowett, the British Deputy High Commissioner, along with Rajinder Nagarkoti, Political, Press and Projects Adviser at the British High Commission, visited the Manoj Kumar Boxing Academy in Kurukshetra today. They were greeted by International Boxer Manoj Kumar, a two-time Olympian and Gold Medalist at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, along with renowned Boxing Coach Rajesh Kumar Rajound.
The dignitaries took the opportunity to engage with the young boxers training at the academy, offering them words of encouragement and best wishes for their future competitions. Their visit was a source of inspiration, motivating the athletes as they pursue their ambitions in the sport.
