Rohit Sharma's Team India arrived at Delhi airport early Thursday after winning the T20 World Cup 2024. 



Hurricane Beryl had left Team India stranded in Barbados after they won the T20 World Cup.


When Team India eventually arrived in New Delhi, they were greeted with a loud reception as they stepped out of the airport.


Hundreds of fans braved the drizzle to queue outside Indira Gandhi International Airport to greet the players, holding posters thanking them and waving the national flag.




After landing, Arshdeep Singh shared picture with medal


Rohit Sharma-led team won the country's second T20 world title, bringing an end to an 11-year ICC trophy drought.


In the exciting final at Kensington Oval in Barbados, Rohit's Team India defeated South Africa by seven runs.
