Sidhu Moosewala murder case: Punjab Police arrest Danaram from Jaipur

Chandigarh, July 7: In a major breakthrough, Punjab Police got another success in the murder case of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Punjab Police on Thursday arrested one of the accused from Jaipur in the murder case of Sidhu Moosewala. A few days ago, Jaipur’s police arrested Danaram under Arms Act. Also Read | Covid-19: India logs 18,930 new cases in 24 hours Notably, the police of Jaipur's Bhankrota police station have arrested three miscreants under the Arms Act, one of whom is accused of being involved in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The accused is being identified as Danaram. As soon as the information was received, a contingent of Punjab Police left for Jaipur to take Danaram in custody and questioning. After the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, all the accused fled from the spot. After this, a video of the accused became increasingly viral on social media, in which the accused were seen dancing on Punjabi songs in the car during the absconding. In this video, about 14 weapons were also seen in his hand. According to the police, Danaram is also present in this video. Apart from Danaram, more accused were seen in the video. Meanwhile, on Wednesday a Special Cell of Delhi Police has claimed to have arrested two more members of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar gang in connection with the murder of Punjabi singer Moosewala. With the arrest of Ankit Sersa and Sachin Bhiwani on Sunday night, Delhi Police has so far arrested five persons in the case.
