Rail traffic disrupted as goods train derails on Delhi-Rohtak railway line near Haryana

New Delhi, August 7: The Delhi-Rohtak railway line has been blocked after eight bogies of a goods train derailed near Kharawar railway station of Haryana, sources said on Sunday. According to the reports, no one has been injured in the accident, however, the rail traffic will remain disrupted owing to the derailment incident. The Railway authorities have been looking for the cause behind the incident which also damaged a portion of the rail track an official said. According to the police official, railway engineers and other officials have reached the site and are trying to restore the rail traffic. Further information is awaited.
