Canada: Two dead, five injured after man goes on killing spree in Quebec
Canada Quebec Knife Attack: At least 2 people were dead while 5 others were injured in a knife-like attack in Canada's Quebec on Sunday morning. Meanwhile, a suspect has been arrested by the local police. The police has also launched an investigation in the matter. He went on a killing spree near the regional parliament building in the city. The attack comes while Canada was celebrating Halloween. According to the local media reports, two people died and five were injured in the incident. However, the police is yet to confirm the number of casualties. The local police force said in a tweet: "Shortly before 1 am, the SPVQ (Quebec city police force) arrested a suspect" and requested the residents of the city to "stay inside with the doors locked" because an "investigation is still ongoing." In a similar incident, a woman was beheaded by an attacker wielding knife who killed 3 people including the woman at a church in the French city of Nice.
