Punjab Govt promotes three IAS officers of 2000 batch to senior positions
Officers will continue serving in their current postings until new assignments are allotted in alignment with their promotions
PTC Web Desk: The Punjab Government has started the New Year by promoting three IAS officers of the 2000 batch to senior positions. The officers, Rahul Tiwari, Alaknanda Dayal, and Kumar Rahul, have been elevated to the ranks of Principal Secretary and Financial Commissioner.
The official orders for the promotions were issued late Tuesday evening. However, the officers will continue serving in their current postings until new assignments are allotted in alignment with their promotions.
In addition to their upgraded designations, the promoted officers will start receiving enhanced salaries as per their new ranks starting today.
