Punjab Govt promotes 7 IPS officers to DGP rank

Chandigarh, January 23: The Punjab Government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, on Monday promoted sevenIPS officers to the rank of Director General of Police in Level-16 of the Pay Matrix with immediate effect.

They are Gurpreet Kaur Deo, Varinder Kumar, Ishwar Singh, Jitendra Kumar Jain, Satish Kumar Asthana, Shashi Prabha Dwivedi and Rajendra Namdeo Dhoke
