Punjab: BSF recovers China-made drone in Amritsar
The drone was identified as DJI Mavic 3 Classic manufactured in China
Amritsar, May 9: Personnel of the Border Security Force (BSF) on Thursday intercepted and recovered a China-made DJI Mavic 3 Classic drone in the border area of Amritsar district. On the basis of intelligence inputs regarding the presence of a drone, BSF troops immediately launched a search operation in the suspected region.
They recovered the drone around 11. 30 am from a harvested field at Roranwala Khurd village of Amritsar district in Punjab. The drone was identified as DJI Mavic 3 Classic manufactured in China.
The Punjab Frontier's Border Security Force Public Relations Officer commended the BSF troops for their swift and decisive action. He reaffirmed their commitment to thwarting illicit activities and ensuring the safety and security of the nation's borders.
