Punjab: 12 IAS officers go on training, 12 others get addl charge

Chandigarh, December 20: As many as 12 IAS officers from Punjab have proceeded on Mandatory Mid Training Career Programmme of Phase III. In their place, 12 IAS officers have been given additional charge.
