All of the injured were taken to Budhlada Civil Hospital. According to doctors, two children are in serious condition and have been rushed to another hospital for further treatment.
According to eyewitnesses, a private school bus was on its way to school when a high-speed Brezza car coming from Jakhal collided with it from behind. The bus toppled immediately after the collision, trapping the passengers inside. Local residents rushed to the scene to rescue the children and take them to the hospital.
Dr SMO at Budhlada Civil Hospital verified the seriousness of the injuries, saying, "Around 22 children, as well as the driver and help, were injured. Two children are in critical condition and have been referred for specialised treatment."
Police officers arrived on the scene shortly after the accident and began an investigation. The police are investigating the cause of the collision, and more information is awaited.
