Low intensity explosion outside Chandigarh bar owned by rapper Badshah
According to the reports, the incident occurred when two suspects hurled low intensity explosives at a private club triggering loud explosion.
A low intensity explosion took place outside a bar in the upscale of Sector 26 of Chandigarh. Reportedly the explosion took place outside Sevillee, a bar and lounge owned by singer and rapper Badshah. Two other bars also reportedly reeled under the effect of the explosion.
According to the reports, the incident occurred when two suspects hurled low intensity explosives at a private club triggering loud explosion. The incident took place between 2:30 and 2:45 am.
No casualties have been reported. However, the blast caused damage to several window panes. The impact of the explosion was so severe that is shattered windows. Soon after the incident, police was informed who rushed to the spot along with the forensic team. The CCTV footage of the incident has been surfaced and cops are digging further.
A probe into the matter has been initiated and investigation by forensic team in underway. As per the reports, the explosion is believed to have been caused by homemade bombs.
