BSF shoots down Pak drone at India-Pakistan border in Amritsar
Amritsar, April 5: The Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Wednesday gunned down a drone which sneaked into the India territory near the BOP Pul Moran of Gharinda police station falling under the Ajnala sub-division.
As per the sources, BSF troops deployed at BOP Pul Moran heard buzzing sound of a suspicious flying object late night on Tuesday .

The drone was shot down immediately after it crossed over to the Indian territory. On Wednesday morning, BSF conducted a search operation during which she recovered 9 packets of heroin.
The search operation is still underway.
Earlier, last week also as part of the ongoing drive to make Punjab a crime-free and drug-free state, the Border Border Security Force (BSF) conducted a mega crackdown on drugs and foiled several nefarious attempts of smugglers from Pakistan border.
