Protesting computer teachers lathicharged on Mohali-Chandigarh border

Protesting computer teachers were lathicharged by the police in Mohali on Thursday when they were on their way to gherao the official of Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi in Chandigarh. The police had placed barricades on the Chandigarh-Mohali border to stop the protesting computer teachers from moving forward. However, they broke the barricades. In the melee, some of them also sustained injuries. Computer teachers are protesting over their long pending demands.
