Haryana Election Results 2024: Nayab Saini's first reaction as BJP nears historic third term

PTC Web Desk: Haryana Chief Minister and BJP leader Nayab Singh Saini expressed gratitude to the state's voters after securing victory in the Ladwa constituency. Nayab Singh Saini, who replaced ML Khattar as Chief Minister in March, defeated Congress candidate Mewa Ram by a margin of 16,120 votes.

In his first remarks after the win, Saini said, “I will go to take the certificate and then offer prayers to Lord Krishna at Jyotisar temple. The 2.80 crore people of Haryana have chosen this government, and we will move forward under the leadership of PM Modi.”

The newly re-elected CM also shared that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had spoken with him following the results, offering his blessings. “He (PM Modi) spoke to me and gave his blessings. I had faith that the poor, farmers, and the youth of Haryana would support me,” Saini added.
