Centre transfers Justice Yashwant Varma from Delhi High Court to Allahabad High Court
Chief Justice of Allahabad HC instructed not to assign any judicial work to Justice Varma

PTC Web Desk: The Central Government has officially notified the transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma from the Delhi High Court to the Allahabad High Court. Justice Varma has been directed to assume his new role and take charge at the Allahabad High Court.
However, the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court has been instructed not to assign any judicial work to Justice Varma upon his assumption of charge.
