BJP MP Kangana Ranaut draws farmers' ire, calls for reinstatement of three farm laws

PTC Web Desk: Bollywood actress and BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut is once again in the spotlight for her outspoken remarks. This time, she has hit headlines for demanding the reinstatement of the three controversial farm laws that were earlier repealed by the Central Government.

Speaking to the media, Kangana Ranaut said the farm laws were beneficial for the farmers. She urged the Central Government to reintroduce these laws, stating, "I firmly believe that the three farm laws are in the best interest of farmers, and I request the government to bring them back."



Acknowledging the potential controversy surrounding her statement, Kangana added, "I understand that my comments may spark debate, but I believe farmers should stand up for their rights and claim what is justly theirs. Being from a farming family myself, I am well aware of the struggles farmers face. However, some have been misled against me with false information in an attempt to provoke them."

Her comments have once again stirred public discourse, reigniting discussions about the farm laws and their impact on the agricultural community.
