Another BJP leader, Bachan Singh Arya, has quit the party after failing to make the first list of candidates for the 2024 Haryana Assembly election.

Haryana Assembly elections: Another BJP leader, Bachan Singh Arya, has quit the party after failing to make the first list of candidates for the 2024 Haryana Assembly election.
The former Haryana minister announced his resignation as he was upset about not getting a ticket. The BJP decided to field Ramkumar Gautam, a former JJP MLA from Narnaund.
In the 2019 elections, Arya lost by around 3,000 votes when running from the Safidon constituency.
Haryana goes to the polls on October 5. The results will be announced on October 8.
