Nepali Army Chief to visit India on Jan 11 Nepali Army Chief General Purna Chandra Thapa will be visiting India on January 11. He will be visiting India from January 11 to 16. According to the media reports, Indian Army Chief, Bipin Rawat, formally invited Nepal Army Chief, Thapa to India. During his six-day visit to India, he will be conferred with Honorary General Chief of the Indian Army by the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind.
