The horrific event in which multiple guys are seen ruthlessly striking the woman with a stick is captured in the video, which has received a lot of attention on social media platforms. Observers are spotted photographing the ordeal rather than helping her.

Local authorities acted quickly after seeing the disturbing video. The Dhar police started looking into the situation right away.

"An unidentified man is seen hitting a woman in a video that was making the rounds on social media. Following the video's viral success, my team became aware of the situation and initiated an investigation. Manoj Kumar Singh, Dhar Superintendent of Police, said, "We have located the scene of the incident."

The main suspect in the assault was quickly identified and taken into custody as a result of the police investigation. The primary defendant has been named as Nirsingh, a Gandhwani inhabitant of Kokri Thana. The other people shown in the video have been located and put into custody, and he has been placed under arrest.

"This act of violence is reprehensible, and we are committed to ensuring justice for the victim," stated Mr. Singh.

Since Savitri Thakur, a recently appointed Union Minister, was born and raised in her hometown, the incident has attracted even more attention. Even though the minister hasn't made an official statement, the episode has highlighted how urgently stronger laws are needed to stop crimes against women of this kind.
