PTC News Desk: Eric Garcetti, the US Ambassador to India, set the dance floor on fire at the embassy's Diwali celebrations in New Delhi on Wednesday. The envoy performed Bhangra on stage to the popular Hindi song 'Tauba Tauba' from the film 'Bad Newz'.

A video of the performance shows people cheering Garcetti as he grooves to the song.

The original song, featuring Vicky Kaushal, became an instant smash earlier this year. Garcetti went up the stage in a brown kurta and sunglasses as the audience applauded.

Eric Garcetti has fully embraced Indian traditions since his appointment in May of last year. He celebrated Durga Puja in Delhi's Chittaranjan Park with zeal and energy. Garcetti went to a pandal in CR Park and ate traditional Bengali meals including jhaal muri, aloo-chicken biryani, fish curry, luchi, and sweets. He even participated in the legendary Dhunuchi Naach, a dance honouring Goddess Durga, demonstrating his eagerness to immerse himself in the local culture.
