PTC News Desk: In a stern action in Tirupati stampede, Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu has suspended the officials for mismanagement of the situation. The decision follows a comprehensive review meeting where the chief minister expressed his dissatisfaction over handling of the situation.

The suspended officials include Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ramanakumar and Goshaala Director Harinath Reddy. Tirupati Superintendent of Police (SP) L Subbarayudu and Joint Commissioner Gouthami have also been transferred.
“This is not the time for me to step in every time. Officials must take their jobs seriously,” Naidu said during the meeting, which lasted over 40 minutes.
