Swati Maliwal assault case: A new video has emerged from Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence, showing Swati Maliwal being led out by police and security guards. The video is from the same day the AAP MP was allegedly assaulted by CM Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar.

Maliwal claimed in her FIR that when she went to the Chief Minister's residence, Bibhav Kumar brutally assaulted her. She further alleged that she was kicked, punched, and abused by Kumar. The 39-year-old also claimed that during the assault, her clothes were torn, and she suffered severe injuries to her head and leg.

However, in the new CCTV footage, Swati Maliwal appears to be uninjured and even attempts to free herself from the policewoman's grip.

The BJP, on the other hand, has harshly criticised Kejriwal for his silence, with spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia even calling him the "main criminal" for his apparent inaction during the assault.
