Sonu Nigam gets emotional after attending grand Ram Mandir event

PTC News Desk: Singer Sonu Nigam became emotional after witnessing Ram Lalla's Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the newly built Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.

Sonu Nigam expressed his feelings, saying, "Abhi kuch bolne ko hai nahi, bas yahi (tears) bolne ko hai."

Over 8,000 people have been invited to attend the ceremony at the grand temple.

The historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony was attended by representatives from all of the country's major spiritual and religious faiths. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered an address to this distinguished gathering.

With this, the week-long consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla which began on January 16. Now, the temple will open its doors to the general public for 'darshan' from January 23 onwards. Devotees and pilgrims are expected to throng the grand temple daily to seek blessings from Lord Ram Lalla.

The 'pran pratishtha' ceremony, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other VIP guests, is a significant milestone for millions of Hindu devotees and followers who believe the temple is located at Lord Ram's birthplace. The 51-inch tall Ram Lalla idol is created by Mysuru-based sculptor Arun Yogiraj and features carvings of all ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu, as well as Hindu Gods such as Lord Hanuman and other major religious symbols.
