Six Accused in Allu Arjun residence vandalism in Hyderabad granted bail, CM link surfaced

All the accused were presented before the judge. They were then granted bail and were asked to furnish Rs 10,000 each and two sureties.

PTC News Desk: Six people accused of vandalising Allu Arjun's residence in Hyderabad have been granted bail on Monday after being produced before a city court. 


According to the DCP West Zone, around six people stormed Allu Arjun's residence, pelted stones, broke flowerpots and started sloganeering on Sunday evening. The people were then taken to custody who claim to be associated with Osmania University Joint Action Committee. 


All the accused were presented before the judge. They were then granted bail and were asked to furnish Rs 10,000 each and two sureties.


Amid the controversy Pushpa 2 stampede controversy, BRS leader Krishank has alleged that one of the accused Srinivas was a "close aide" of Revanth Reddy and the Kodangal Congress candidate in the 2019 Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituency (ZTPC) polls.


He took to his social media and said that, "OUJAC started the great Telangana agitation in 2009. Using it for violence and blackmail is disgusting. Reddy Srinivas, who attacked Allu Arjun's residence, is not a student leader of Osmania University. He is a close aide of Revanth and Kodangal Congress candidate of the 2019 ZPTC poll."


Krishank along with the tweet also posted a picture of the accused posing with the Chief minister. The other picture showed the electoral details of the candidate.


A video of the incident showed several men storming inside the actor's house and causing damage to the property. Flower pots inside the compound were also destroyed by the group. Soon after the incident cops intervened and detained eight members of the university's Joint Action Committee (JAC), who were subsequently taken to the Jubilee Hills Police Station.
