The 86-year-old industrialist had earlier this week informed the public that his hospitalisation was part of a routine medical checkup due to his age and other health problems. However, worries have grown as his condition reportedly deteriorated.
Tata responded to speculations about his health on Monday by posting a message on social media. In the post, he denied rumours that he was critically ill, adding, "There is no cause for concern. I remain in good spirits."
