Ram Mandir Inauguration: AAP govt announces 3-day grand Ramlila for Delhi residents; check dates, timings, venue

Ram Mandir Inauguration: Amid the festive air in Ayodhya and the euphoria around the much-awaited, iconic and significant occasion of Ram Mandir Inauguration on January 22, Delhi Government has announced a three-day grand Ramlila for the residents of Delhi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appealed to the people to participate and attend the event. 

The Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took to his X handle (former Twitter) and wrote, "I will go for Ramlila tomorrow on Sunday. You should also take out time and go with your family.”


Ramlila in Delhi: Dates

The 3-day Ramlila event for Delhi residents will be for three days starting from Saturday, followed by Sunday and Monday (January 20, 21, 22)

Ramlila in Delhi: Timings 

The 3-day Ramlila event will feature a live three-hour performance presented by the Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Ramlila in Delhi: Venue

The 3-day Ramlila event will be held at the Pyarelal Auditorium near ITO and the event is free for everyone. 

Notably, the Pran Pratishtha ceremony will be held at Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will perform rituals to mark the 'Pran Pratishtha'.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the 'Pran Pratishtha' of the Ram Lalla's idol at the grand temple. The ceremony is expected to draw leaders from various walks of life, marking a significant milestone in the culmination of efforts spanning centuries for the construction of the Ram Temple.

An estimated 3 to 5 lakh devotees with around 7,000 guests which includes cricket legends, famous personalities, political figures, high-profile people and celebrities such as Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Jackie Shroff, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma , Rajnikanth, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Prabhas, Yash, Arun Govil from all across Nation are anticipated to witness in Ayodhya.
