PTC News desk: On early Sunday, an earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale hit Rajasthan’s Bikaner. According to reports, no loss of life or damage to property have come up.
The 4.2 magnitude earthquake hit Rajasthan’s Bikaner at around 2:16 am on Sunday. There were tremors felt in the adjoining areas. As per to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the epicentre of the earthquake was 516 km west of Bikaner and it struck at a depth of 8 km.
Meanwhile, there was another earthquake of 3.5 magnitude occurred in Arunachal Pradesh's Changlang at 1:45 am on the same night. The NCS tweeted, "Earthquake of Magnitude:3.5, Occurred on 26-03-2023, 01:45:09 IST, Lat: 27.48 & Long: 96.15, Depth: 76 Km, Location: Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh."
