PTC News Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his Diwali tradition and celebrated the festival with BSF jawans in Gujarat's Kutch.

On Thursday, the Prime Minister paid a visit to the BSF outpost near the western border, where he interacted with personnel and shared Diwali greetings.

Since coming to power in 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made it a tradition to celebrate Diwali with military personnel at various sites across the country. Every year, Modi visits military facilities to meet with the troops and celebrate the event.

He travelled to Siachen in 2014, the Punjab border in 2015, Sumdo in Himachal Pradesh in 2016, Jammu and Kashmir's Gurez area in 2017, Uttarakhand's Harsil in 2018, Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri in 2019, and Rajasthan's Longewala in 2020. The Prime Minister celebrated Diwali in Nowshera, Kashmir in 2021, Kargil, Jammu and Kashmir in 2022, and Lepcha, Himachal Pradesh, in 2023.
