NEET row: Government forms high-level committee to review NTA's functioning

PTC News Desk: A high-level committee was established by the Center on Thursday to examine the National Testing Agency's (NTA) operations in light of claims of anomalies during the NEET medical entrance exam. 

At a briefing, Pradhan stated, "We are committed to holding zero-error exams, and a high-level committee is being formed to improve NTA functioning." 


"If found guilty, strict action will be taken against any NTA official," he declared.

"I want to reassure everyone that the rights of students will be protected by the government. Transparency is something we won't compromise on," the minister declared.

"We have information regarding the NEET exam from the Bihar government." The matter is being looked into by Patna Police, and they will shortly submit a comprehensive report to the Indian government. According to preliminary data, errors were contained to a particular area, Pradhan continued.
