Kannada actor Darshan admits taking Rs 40 lakh to 'destroy evidence' in Renukaswamy murder case: Report
A murder case is being investigated in relation to Darshan. According to a recent development, the actor allegedly borrowed money to destroy evidence.
Renukaswamy Murder Case: In the Renukaswamy murder case, Darshan Thoogudeepa is accused of paying off one of his pals with Rs 40 lakh so that the other accused may delete evidence. The remand plea stated, according to Times Now, that the Kannada actor, who was detained on June 11, admitted that he had borrowed the enormous amount in order to offer it to witnesses to the crime.
Police find Rs 37.4 lakh in a bag at Darshan's residence
According to the report, the security guards at the shed where Renukaswamy was killed received a portion of the ₹40 lakh loan in exchange for their quiet. The report also stated that a green Puma bag discovered at the actor's residence yielded Rs 37.4 lakh to the cops. In addition, it has been alleged that the police seized ₹4.5 lakh from the residence of Darshan's fan organization president.
Pavithra used slippers to strike Renukaswamy
fresh organization Actor Pavithra Gowda, another defendant in the Renukaswamy murder case, allegedly beat up the victim with her slippers, according to a recent PTI report. She may have been at the murder scene for a while, according to a recent remand note the police filed in court.

PTI reports that Darshan is the second culprit in the murder case, having allegedly carried out the murder, while Kannada star Pavithra has been listed as the first accused, reportedly for being the initiator. In the murder case of Renukaswamy, Darshan, Pavithra, and fifteen other people have been taken into custody.
According to police sources, as part of the inquiry, they are thinking of contacting social media behemoth Meta to get information about statements posted by Renukaswamy on his since-deleted Instagram post.
Renukaswamy, the actor's fan, allegedly sent Pavithra "obscene messages," which infuriated Darshan and prompted him to carry out the murder, according to police sources. On June 9, Renukaswamy's body was discovered close to a drain. On June 8, he was supposedly died after being tortured.
